Conveyancing Quality Scheme

 
We have been accredited again by the Law Society of England and Wales under their Quality Conveyancing Scheme.

The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. The Law Society of England & Wales sets a very high standard for solicitor firms wishing to be accredited with this award which includes The Conveyancing Quality Scheme Client Charter.  The CQS Client Charter promises that the solicitor will explain things to you in a clear and concise way, that they will tell you exactly what the costs of your transaction will be, that they will keep you regularly informed on the progress of your case and that they will treat you fairly and professionally. By appointing a solicitor who has the CQS qualification you can ensure that their services to their clients has been rigorously vetted and approved by the Law Society.
